This 60 minute class is a complete fitness program, which conditions the cardiovascular system and tones and strengthens muscle groups. This program includes two upper body routines incorporating the use of weights. You burn fat and lose inches the fun and challenging way, through carefully choreographed, easy to learn dances that are geared to the average person. A combination of high/low impact is offered in this class. You, the participant, make the choice according to your own fitness level and desired needs. The class atmosphere is non-competitive. If you love to dance and want to tone and strengthen your body, this is the class for you. Mat/Floor exercise is included.

  • Cardiovascular Workout with high and moderate level intensity using a step bench.
  • Strength Training Workout with light weight resistance.
 
This is a cardio-conditioning class done in high and moderate level intensity intervals using a step bench.  This 60-minute class is a complete fitness program, which conditions the cardiovascular system and tones and strengthens muscle groups. This class is specifically designed for participants looking for a non-dance format. The class atmosphere is non-competitive.  If you love to step and want to tone and strengthen your body, this is the class for you. This program includes an upper body, abdominal and a leg routine on the floor incorporating the use of light weight resistance.

Tone & Firm

  • Strength Training Workout with light weight resistance.
  • Improves flexibility and increase muscular strength and endurance.
 
This 60-minute workout is a challenging exercise program designed to strengthen and tone muscle groups, increase flexibility and improve total body appearance.  This workout uses resistance devices, optional to the participant, which increase muscular strength and endurance.  This class is designed for those primarily looking for mat/floor exercise.
