This 60 minute class is a complete fitness program, which conditions the
cardiovascular system and tones and strengthens muscle groups. This
program includes two upper body routines incorporating the use of
weights. You burn fat and lose inches the fun and challenging way, through
carefully choreographed, easy to learn dances that are geared to the
average person. A combination of high/low impact is offered in this
class. You, the participant, make the choice according to your own
fitness level and desired needs. The class atmosphere is
non-competitive. If you love to dance and want to tone and strengthen your
