you. This program includes an upper body, abdominal and a leg
routine on the floor incorporating the use of light weight resistance.Steps provided at no extra cost.

| This 60-minute workout is a challenging exercise program
designed to strengthen and tone muscle groups, increase flexibility and
improve total body appearance. This workout uses resistance
devices, optional to the participant, which increase muscular strength
and endurance. This class is designed for those primarily looking
for mat/floor exercise.
